Important safety notice

Settings are starting points — always run a test cut on scrap before your final piece. Follow your manufacturer's guidance, wear eye protection, and ensure proper ventilation.

Optimized cutting settings for 4mm Albasia plywood purchased from Dedeman. Due to slight variations in core density and glue consistency within the material, higher speeds (above 10mm/s) occasionally result in incomplete cuts in a single pass. These settings (10mm/s at 90% power, single pass) ensure a clean, reliable, and consistent cut all the way through the material without scorching or burning the edges.
