I tested hundreds of different speed/power/pass variations and these settings are great for Bambu Lab's PLA Basic Cyan (Color code #10603).
Pigments vary by manufacturer and by color so these settings might not be perfect for other blue PLAs but they might be a good starting point. You'll notice significantly more power and slower speeds are needed for this blue compared to black PLA.
