Round discs cut from a 192 × 192 mm sheet of 3 mm faux maple MDF on the xTool F2 Ultra using the 40 W blue diode module, processing on the baseplate. 80% power / 30 mm/s / 5 passes cut fully through with clean release — no tabbing needed, only light tan edge colouring and no scorch halo on the face. Air assist on, material flat on the baseplate. Run time 6m28s for the full array. If your sheet runs thick or the lens needs a clean, drop to 25 mm/s or add a sixth pass.
