I ordered a sample pack that had these round wooden keychains. The measurement was about 1.5" I ran the laser on it 3 times instead of the standard one pass that was recommended. I lasered both sides of the keychain, but I did have some issues in the Xtool Creative Suite where I brought my artwork into. It didn't recognize some of the outlined fonts and I was unable to select them all, so I had to recreate it in the Xtool Creative suite. So, my black bottoms did not line up. I used the "Snapshot" and thought I had everything lined up well, but it was slightly off.
