Two methods. #1 Ra3 Rotary, settings 70 pwr, 100 speed, focus lowered by thickness of focus card (.45) Shield time 10 minutes (picture 1) First rodeo 7 minutes (picture 4). #2 Curved surface settings 100 pwer, 200 speed, 300 lines, shield time 6 minutes (picture 2), first rodeo 1.45 (picture 6) minutes. Note skinny shield from rotary on picture one vs broader rendering in picture 2, same comparison in picture 3. Recommend rotary for even cylinders only, accuracy and use curved surface for speed and production.
