1/64"(0.2mm) Black Metal Business Card

These settings were developed after multiple engraving tests on 0.2 mm black anodized aluminum business cards using the xTool F2 Ultra (Single) 60W MOPA Fiber Laser. The goal was to achieve a bright white engraving with maximum contrast, while preserving very fine details, clean edges and excellent readability of small text. This profile was tested on logos, icons, decorative fonts, bold text and small contact information commonly used on professional business cards. The engraving produces crisp white marks without excessive coating damage, melting or blurry edges. Recommended artwork preparation: Use a high-resolution black and white image. Vector artwork is recommended whenever possible. For photos, adjust brightness and contrast before engraving. Remove unnecessary gray shades unless you intentionally want grayscale engraving. A resolution of around 300 DPI provides an excellent balance between quality and engraving time. Recommended applications: Business cards Company brand
