I made this scale model desktop sign using 1/8th birch plywood. The front and back are a single piece,... i used a heavy score setting with 3 passes where the top and bottom board meet the up and down support board on each side. This makes it completely look like these are all seperate boards joined together, while it is in fact just one piece. I process this on my Xtool S1 40W with auto air assist.
