20oz(600ml) Black Coffee Tumbler for Laser Engraving

Engraved a 20 oz black powder-coated tumbler using the xTool F2 and RA3 rotary attachment in manual mode. I used a two-pass process over the same artwork and alignment. The first pass was completed with the blue diode laser, followed by a second finishing pass with the 5W infrared laser. Both passes used 85% power, 305 DPI, Jarvis bitmap mode, bi-directional engraving, and one pass per laser. The IR pass used a 130 μs dot duration. The tumbler diameter was set to 3.425 inches. Using the diode first and then the IR laser produced a cleaner, more complete finish than using only one laser pass. Make sure the tumbler and artwork remain in the exact same position when changing laser types.
