Turn a job into a quote your customer can actually read. Start from a template, drop in your real costs, set your markup, and print a clean one-page quote with your business on it — not ours. Your costs and margins stay on your screen.
Just want to check a job is profitable? Use the Project Calculator — same engine, opens straight into the costing view.
The customer sees one priced line for this whole product — the cost lines below stay private.
Per-unit costs are multiplied by 1.
Adds $16.96 to the quote · $16.96 each × 1 · prints as one line
Each template adds another product to the quote — pick apparel, then tumblers, and both print. Template prices are typical starting points. Replace them with your real costs.
The set-aside is your own reserve — savings, tithe, a new machine fund. It comes out of net profit in the costing panel and never reaches the customer quote.

A number in a text message reads like a guess. The same number on a quote with your logo, a quote number, an expiry date and clear terms reads like a business. The maths does not change — how the customer receives it does.
Costing and the customer quote are two separate views here. What your blanks cost, what your machine time is worth and what you make on the job live in the costing view. The printed quote is built from a completely separate record that has no cost fields in it at all.
Save a quote and it lands in your Planner, where you can turn it into a project and track it from designed through to sold. Pricing a job and running it are the same workflow.
