I cut this piece from 6mm birch plywood i use regularly which I obtain from the Home Hardware chain in canada, for my large wall art pieces. This was cut using my Xtool S1 40W with auto air assist. 100% power at 6mm per sec with the focus lowered 2mm. This gives super clean results where the pieces drop right out, and leaves no surface discoloration on this wood with very little edge char. Super happy with these results.
