XTool S1 40W with Conveyor setup - Air Assist Auto - 60"x21" 6mm birch plywood. Tab Generation - by spacing of 85mm - Tab size 0.4mm - Tab cut Power 5% These settings made for a nice clean cut with no pieces dropping out during conveyor roll. All party punched out of the wallart cleanly by hand or using flat head screwdriver - working on a carpet for "give"

More 1/4"(6mm) Birch Plywood settings

Same material on xTool S1. Engrave stays the same regardless of thickness; cut changes with thickness.
